David Bez is an Italian art director and designer who loves food. Five years ago, he challenged himself to create a new salad, every workday, and he's photographed and recorded his creations on his blog, SaladPride. This turned into a bestselling debut book, Salad Love, and was followed by Breakfast Love. In 2016, he opened his first cafe serving his favourite salad creations in London's Covent Garden. Supper Love is his third book.
