Lila’s Federation Blooms: a cheeky range of greetings from the turn of the Nineteenth Century. These were created from postcards kept in an album belonging, Lila Freeman between 1903 and 1912. They told a story of an exciting pre-war Australia filled with optimism, colour, and even a little glitter. They recall a time when actresses had postcards printed of themselves to increase their public profile. They were the TWITTER of their day!

Laugh along with Lila’s Federation Blooms.
